Laminated wood
The laminated timber range comprises technically sophisticated timber profiles that offer high dimensional accuracy and reliable performance thanks to their multi-layer construction, defined gluing processes and precisely manufactured top and middle layers. It forms the structural basis for numerous applications in window, door and façade construction.
These include classic window scantlings, the specialised product lines of the Made by Münchinger series, profiles for post and beam constructions, and load-bearing components for conservatories.
The range is complemented by stable lift-and-slide door scantlings designed for large-format elements.
The entire product range combines reproducible quality with application-specific material selection, thus covering a wide range of technical requirements – from energy-efficient façade profiles to heavy-duty door systems.

Window scantlings
Laminated window scantlings provide a precise, dimensionally stable basis for high-quality window and door elements.

Made by Münchinger
Made-by-Münchinger scantlings have been specially developed to meet individual requirements in professional timber construction.

Laminated posts and beams
The post/beam constructions are designed for load-bearing façade systems in timber and timber-aluminium construction. The structure is built on a 24 mm grid with multiple glued lamellas and rift- or semi-rift-oriented cover layers. If required, additional layers can also be mixed. Gluing is carried out with D4 adhesives in accordance with EN 204, which ensures a durable bond between all layers.
The profiles are artificially dried and produced as block profiles, which ensures high dimensional accuracy and processing stability. The constructions are therefore particularly suitable for large-scale, statically stressed façade solutions in projects of various sizes.
Classic post and beam constructions
For mixed wood-aluminium framing or pure wood framing

Conservatory frames
As a standard, multi-glued with D4 glue as per EN 204, not finish planed after gluing (finish planing available on request)

Scantlings for lifting/sliding door frames
Scantlings for lifting/sliding door frames
Waterproof glued, a top layer at least 10 mm thick and both edge bandings 21/24 mm thick (depending on the type of wood)
