Premium version laminated posts

The base material is posts of the classic series;
bluestain, knots and short finger-jointed pieces are allowed; base posts are profiled and covered with the desired veneer; exposed edge available with radius r 2 max. ; edge on aluminium side needs radius r 3 minimum    

glued with top-grade reactive hot meld adhesive
(PUR gluing); faced with 2 x 30 grams of non-woven,
ground to 365 mµ
